Fleet Management

Your fleet may be taken over by Europcar at a management, service and maintenance fee to be established after assessing the present mechanical conditions of your vehicles, the fee will be based on the age and condition of the total fleet and this includes full service.
These vehicles will then be operated by Europcar’s uniformed and highly trained qualified drivers, who may be outsourced from your current payroll and new employee contracts developed by Europcar if the drivers pass our rigorous standards.

Europcar may also install vehicle tracking system on all your vehicles which will save time, improve efficiency by reducing the risk of errors, manage driver and vehicle control and thereby reduce costs,
Written reports as may be required from time to time will be given on all aspects of the vehicles, such as fuel consumption, mileage and costs per vehicle, indicating total cost to the company per vehicle.

Long Term Leasing

Europcar's leasing solutions you to improve your fleet for less capital outlay. Our comprehensive operational leasing package is tailoured to suit each individual's requirements, and includes rental, service package, full comprehensive insurance and road licences, as well as access to Europcar's parking yard, maintenance garage and car wash facilty.
After a lease period of 36 months, you will have an option to buy back the motor vehicles at a discounted rate of 15%. However, that will be determined by the basic condition of motor vehicle which will be assessed at the time on the accuracy of the logbook and information from the fleet management system.
